Atlanta Fair is back for a fall run in ! The fair will open in late September and run for 5 weeks in downtown Atlanta. Welcome back to the fair! They must be used on the day they are purchased. I love a fair. If I could attend a fair though, my favorite memory would definitely involve food. I just wanna eat a bunch of fair food and catch a glimpse at the sunset from the ferris wheel. Between that and the cotton candy and fried Oreos, she was in heaven. I loved seeing her eyes light up each time we rose high above the ground. Since then she has been obsessed with wanting to be able to actually fly because she loved seeing everything small on the ground below.
My favorite memory is spending time with my family out in a new part of town- riding rides, winning toys, and eating corn dogs!!! As a kid growing up, going to the fair was a day long, annual event for me and my family. My mom would let us eat whatever we wanted and ride every ride if we were tall enough!
I guess you could say I first learned how to drive behind the wheel of a bumper car… lol. There is absolutely nothing like the hustle and bustle of fairgoers, or the thrill and excitement a kid gets from rides that seemed larger than life! My work schedule and living out of state has not afforded my son the same experiences at the fair that I had.

Treeman : The phenomenon known as the Walking TreeMan! Barely distinguishable from the real trees, Walking TreeMan moves slowly and deliberately down the street, enchanting all that meet him.
